Prior to ordering I contacted you and asked if I could change the delivery day if it clashed with when I was away. You replied that once I had a delivery date I would be able to change it. I was only given a date when my chairs were on the van to be delivered, I spent all day trying to contact the company to no avail and it the end managed to get a friend to go to my house to take the delivery. When they arrived the box’s were badly damaged and each chair had a loose arm. I am very annoyed and would like to make a formal complaint
