Schary Iron Wall 5 - Hook Wall Mounted Coat Rack

So unusual, I have mounted the dragonfly coat rack on a wooden plinth, it looks gorgeous in my cloakroom.

Very pretty. Not sure it would take five heavy coats, but just the job for lighter stuff.

There are several things here that need improvement. Firstly the finish, the casting is very primitive with sharp points in several places. The item had a whitish chalky film in places that washed off with a sponge and cold water, unfortunately the gold paint came away in patches, so I needed to repaint the whole thing! The mountings are two keyholes at the rear (it really needs three) that only hold tiny screws, way too small for use with rawlplugs. I had to make a wooden mounting plaque to be sure that this thing stays on the wall. Overall very pretty (hence two stars), otherwise this is poorly sourced with shabby quality control, I can't recommend that anyone purchases this item.
