Siglinde 3 Seater Velvet Sofa Bed

Poor quality product. The hinge was broken on arrival and I tried to get this fixed. The chat bot is useless as it always disconnect and move the chat to a new member. I’m still waiting on a confirmation email for the trades person to come and fix this
