Stauton TV Stand for TVs up to 43"

Avoid like the plague. Received item and spent a couple hours building it, only to discover the main part, the base, was missing. Contacted Wayfair and received the most ridiculous customer service in my life. My ‘resolutions’ manager Katie offered me £11 pound to keep the unusable/incomplete item. Or send back for a refund. After explaining again it was already half built and it needed only one part she told me a replacement part could not be sent out. Therefore I was to spend another few hours of my time taking apart, packaging and returning to Wayfair for a refund. The same product was still available on the website, so no common sense or logic as to why the part could not be sent out, it was never explained why when I asked.
