Great value for money, looks really nice

Bought as a present for my daughter. While assembling this, noticed some of the wood was chipped. It was nearly built at this point. Emailed wayfair who got the manufacturer to contact me. They offered me 15% off to keep it I accepted as didn't want the palaver taking it apart. I wouldn't bother next time. The wood is cheap Not engineered wood at all

The instructions are awful, it’s not steady, the quality it rubbish, I would not recommend

I received the item in damaged condition, and the quality is below par. I am trying to figure out how to resolve all of these issues.
