It’s a good bed but instructions aren’t 100 requires thinking out of the box literally and figuratively

Lovely looking bed. Its sturdy and solid. Only let down is the instructions you really have to think outside the box. Also the brackets that get put on to hold the mattress in place when lifting up the base, I couldn't put them on as the hole for them wasnt all way through the metal bar. ( I got a high mattress so it didnt need brackets ) Also the hinges that are used for to hold base is place where bit confusing as the are back to front on the image in Instructions, and thought they were broke as wouldn't go down. Google to the rescue they wont go down untill you put mattress on as it needs the weight to put the base down.
