Upminster 3 Seater Faux Leather Sofa

Bought this for my living room. I am very pleased with the colour and material. It is quite firm but I wanted a firm sofa. Very good price. It was quite easy to put together.

Slightly brighter in colour than expected, but it is a wonderful looking sofa, as well as comfortable to sit on. Good value, however we haven't yet used it as a bed.

The box was in a bad state. I paid for the assembly and when the sofa was professionally assembled, we realised it was damaged. I contacted Wayfair and all they did was offer a small discount because if I wanted to return it I would have had to dismantle it myself, send it back, order a new sofa hoping it wasnìt damaged and then pay again for another assembly, £102. Bad service overall, no dedication or attention to client satisfaction or quality of delivery. The assembly service with Angy is 200% not worth the money, the person left without even saying the sofa was damaged. We discovered it after he left.
