The headboard is just what I wanted, BUT the batons to attach it to modern beds that have deeper / thicker matrasses is too short and worst still did not come with the bolts, plastic and metal washers needed to attach the batons to my bed. So, I can only see two of the three quilted pads

Unfortunately my headboard did not arrive on date expected and on calling was reassured that it would be replaced as there had been a problem in the warehouse. I was treated with respect and felt listened to . The order arrived on the new date and I am very happy with the quality .It arrived in perfect condition.Thankyou for good quality customer service in dealing with the issue .

Nice headboard, shame the wrong colour was delivered and now I'm expected to pay the return postage!!!

The headboard was good quality but the fixings for the strutts were not included and the holes for the strutts to be fixed were mis-aligned. I had to get my handyman to sort out
