It was nice. But hard to assemble.

These are really handsome chairs and they compliment our table and space very well. We have 4 chairs but have only put 2 together thus far. They weren't that bad to assemble; not compared to other well-known brand flat pack furniture! I read the reviews saying these were difficult and I would disagree. They only took about 20 mins each and perhaps the hardest part is really tightening the screws with the allen wrench included; just takes a bit of patience to do so. My main issue with the chairs is the seat colour. They look MUCH more grey on the website than what arrived. We were expecting a true grey and these were much more of a taupe/grey. They work fine in our space so we are keeping them but if you are after true grey seats, these aren't it. I asked the Wayfair customer service about it as well and they said that is the grey colour to be expected - the taupe/grey. Feels a bit like misrepresentation to me. Overall, I would recommend the chairs based on comfort and style and we are happy with them.

Comfortable and stylish. They really look lovely. Also not too bad to put together.

Beautiful simple design, comfortable for my height 5’7”, my husband at 6’3” finds the back a little uncomfortable if he leans back. Really good quality for the price. We have used a scotch guard on the seats as the older ones (we’ve had a few of these) marked very easily and this is working to keep the stains away. We purchased these with the matching table and LOVE how it looks. I would absolutely recommend these (but with scotch guard)

Ordered 2 sets Black with Grey seat (1) seat colour actually fawn not grey!. (2) 1 leg stopper missing. (3) leg stoppers different colours , some black some brown! (4) Few dent marks in black paint (5) small area where black paint missing. See SOME of the photos. Phoned the help line and discount given, but not really enough and now wished I had returned items and bought from John Lewis - will need to get the seats covered in a grey material to match kitchen and this will cost …..photo of seat colour on Wayfair very misleading…..can I change my mind and return items having just agreed to have discount 11122 1130am
