Awesome tv unit

Looks lovely. Took ages to deliver. Once delivered, it was left outside in the rain therefore half of the product was water damaged because cardboard and rain don't mix. Complete faff to try and get replacement parts. Sent the correct ones eventually. Customer service was terrible. Zero refund or discount offered. Directed to someone in the USA to order new parts... of which you can't tell what parts are which because they aren't labelled. After 9 months, the top middle of the unit has bowed preventing the doors opening. Terrible product. Terrible company. Will never use again and tell everyone to avoid.

We recently purchased this unit and built it together around 4 months ago. We noticed that it’s getting harder to open cupboard doors. Today we used a spirit level and the unit is bowing in the middle by around 6mm which means it is catching the cupboard doors. This is unacceptable in a unit that was bought to house a far bigger tv than the one we currently have.

Really nice cabinet, lovely design and great value for money. There were a lot of delays with delivery but we were kept well informed so that was fine. Reason for deductions of one star are the instructions and screws. Whilst it was fairly simple to put together there could have been more of the same type of screw or at least the bags names which is which. There were not in the quantity noted in instructions so we had to work it out and use thinner nails for the backing as the ones supplied were too thick for the material. All said though if you are DYI confident I’d still highly recommend this unit.

Can’t fault finished product absolutely made up with it, but instructions are not helpful. No identifying numbers on parts made job harder and took longer. Looks stunning when done though.
