June 2 Seater Sofa

The actual item is lovely, but the delivery process was appalling. I was told at least 4 different dates, then only half the order was delivered the customer service department was hopeless, one of the people I dealt with was even rude sarcastic. So because of the many delays in the delivery I wouldnt recommend Wayfair at all

Delivery was very quick. Assembly was very difficult because one of the threaded inserts was broken and none of the holes lined up. I expected the assembly process to be easier considering the price of this item.

Looks good quality just have to assemble it

Bought for a conservatory that is on the smaller side. This is slightly ‘compact’ compared to other chairs and perfect. Also looks lovely.
