Penelope 2 Door Manufactured Wood Wardrobe

sadly product not like what I had thought from the advertisement, poorer quality and returned the item. return was fairly simple.

Where do I start. The delivery was much later than expected, by months. Bothe the wardrobes were falling to bits and damaged upon arrival, the delivery men damaged my new bedroom flooring and all I got was 20% discount. No acknowledgement, no apology. Wayfair just don't give a hoot about its customers or their experience. So, NO! I would never recommend anyone to here, as you are treated as a number with AI responses and not as a customer or human being. I didn't send them back because I just couldn't go through all the hassle of getting new ones and waiting and having nor wardrobes for months again. You won Wayfair and you took my money too in return for items not fit for purpose.

I was happy with this wardrobe unfortunately it arrived with some damage but Wayfair were very good and we came to acceptable agreement. It looks lovely in my bedroom love the handles

Lovely wardrobes very spacious. Very disappointed that the delivery men would not attack the top of the wardrobes as we are pensioners and had to ask help from my daughter (she had to go up a ladder to attach the tops.We bought these wardrobes as they where ready assembled??

Beautifully made wardrobe. Comes already assembled which is perfect! Ligh grey colour. The only downside is a bit expensive for what you get.
