I love the bed but the absolute worst delivery experience Ive ever had. If you live in the UK dont order this. If I had known I would never have ordered this. I ordered it 31st October and had to contact them so many times and eventually received half the bed on the 28th November then received that half again and the other half on the 1st December. Initially it wasnt even dispatched. They were so useless with all the delivery issues. xdp was terrible to deal with.

The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. Overall assembly took about 2 hours. Finished product is very good though.
