I recently took delivery of the cabinet I ordered for my office and would complain regarding both its condition on arrival and the quality of the product. Upon unpacking the cabinet, I found several panels to be scuffed and dented. I initially hoped that these marks would not be visible once assembled; however, now that the cabinet is fully built, the scratches and damage remain clearly visible and significantly affect its appearance. In addition, the assembly instructions provided were extremely poor. The print quality was blurred and difficult to read and the instructions were not adequately presented in English. This made assembly unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. What is particularly disappointing is that the product listing specifically states that the cabinet is "Tool-Free Quick Assembly" and is "engineered for hassle-free setup" that "assembles in minutes". My experience was the complete opposite due to the poor-quality instructions supplied. Having now fully assembled the cabinet, I am very disappointed with the overall quality of the product and its condition upon arrival.
