Where to start really. Received chairs on day stated. All looked fine but when I turned box over it was damaged. I opened it straight away and one of chairs was damaged. I informed Wayfair within half hour. A day later I was offered 20 refund. That was 20 off when I only had one usable chair, unbelievable! They then sent two new chairs which I accepted. Not the finest material in the world.
