Packaging was just amazing, delivery was swift, the delivery guys helped take it upstairs which was very helpful, took a while to setup but instructions were very helpful.

Item was meant to come in 2 boxes. They sent me the same box twice so I couldn't build it. Offered refund but not offering to collect the boxes, or cover the costs of removal
