Easy to assemble. We love the shape of the chair and the fabric is gorgeous. Comfortable and glides easily. However, the wood is really delicate and chips easily- especially where the chair hits the desk. This chair is not for heavy use. It is not flexible and isn't meant to lean back in. My boyfriend leaned back in the chair slightly and we heard a loud snap. The wood near the hardware on side had cracked. We are happy we bought this chair, but we will need to be very careful with it.

This task chair looks really great in my home office and supports my lower back and posture better than many office chairs I’ve tried (though do keep in mind that the back of it comes up to the bottom of my shoulder blade, and I am only 4’11 in height, so if you feel you need upper back and neck/head support too then this might not be the right one for you). My only complaint, and the reason I felt I could only give it 3 stars, is just that the wood finish on it chipped off EXTREMELY easily and had already had its first noticeable chipped-off area within the first month of owning it with normal use (and I am not rough with my chair—this was just with normal use and gently pushing in my chair when leaving the room). However, if they can make (or have made) improvements to fix that one issue, I would recommend it to anyone considering it because it has otherwise been a great chair for home office use.
