Harworth TV Stand, Cable Manage for TVs up to 43"

I have been a long time customer with wayfair, after receiving the customer service I did today I will no longer be. The piece came scratched and when I contacted customer service, they give you two options. A. Replace the piece that came scratched or B. A 20% discount. (Which in my case was $23.00) those are the only options. I chatted with customer service and they agrees to give me an additional 20% which totaled in 38.00 and change and I was satisfied with that. I later say they did not process that refund as they told me they did on the chat through customer service. So I called and talked to Sue, she said she was the manager on the executive team that there was no one higher to speak to when I asked to speak to someone else. As she refused to refund me the addition 20% I was told and agreed upon through the chat. I’m very displease with the customer service. Sue kept threatening me she would end the conversation there was nothing she could do. If that is all someone on the executive team could do is give me a 20 dollar discount. How disappointing. Wayfair should be embarrassed for even sending a product out in bad shape in the first place. Please see attached pictures. It’s very obvious this door is scratched. How can wayfair send that out and not expect an unhappy customer. I have requested a 40% refund and don’t think that’s too much to ask from a huge company like wayfair. The manager Sue was rude over the phone and threatening to end end which made me very upset. Customer service at wayfair it terrible.

This item is awful! This item does not meet my expectations because the top and bottom panels are not correct therefore the door cannot be attached, and the shelf does not fit. Holes had to be screwed at the bottom in order to attach the legs. Shelving does not line up correctly and part (s) were missing. This item could not be put together. Totally unacceptable and highly disappointed. I do not recommend!

This product looks very much like the photos on the app. However, the instructions need to be more specific. There are only illustrations and certain parts of the instructions need words and warnings. I made 2 errors and had to take apart and put back together twice.

I really like the piece and it fits great in the area for our bedroom TV. All is good with the cabinet except the finish on the wood is very poor. there was a label on the door to the cabinet, when removed it took the finish off. Aside from that, it is nice.
