Hunnewell Sleeper Corner Sofa

The sofa itself is perfect, and the delivery drivers were very polite. My only issue is the lack of notice given for a large delivery. I received a text on the day of delivery, which caused issues with my employer, as I had to ask for emergency time off work. Wayfair - for large item deliveries, you really should provide customers with at least three days notice. A text on delivery day is insufficient.

Back cushions are not removable unlike what the description states which is a be disappointing as everything else about this is great

It's a brilliant sofa. It was delivered early which is both a blessing and a curse (great because we really needed it but didn't have space cleared when it arrived as we weren't expecting it quite yet) but it's really comfy. The velvet of it is nice and soft and the colour is very rich and deep. The cushions are soft but spring back really nicely, especially the ones on the back of the sofa. The sofa bed is easy to pull out and set up and the storage is easy to lift out too. Easy to put together as it comes in the two halves and all that needs doing is adding the legs on then hooking the two ends of the sofa together. Overall good purchase and happy to have a really comfy sofa!

Ich habe das L-förmige Sofa im Februar 2024 gekauft. Es kam in zwei Teilen an. An einem Teil konnte ich die Beine des Sofas nicht reparieren, weil die Teile nicht zusammenpassten. Ich habe diesbezüglich zweimal Beschwerde eingereicht. Ich habe eine Nachricht erhalten, dass der Lieferant mich kontaktieren wird, aber niemand hat sich bei uns gemeldet. Schließlich habe ich zusätzliches Geld ausgegeben und die Teile selbst repariert. Nachdem ich die beiden Teile zusammengefügt hatte, wurde mir klar, dass sie nicht in einer geraden Linie waren. Zwischen den beiden Teilen liegt eine Stufe. Sowohl die Qualität als auch der Kundenservice des Anbieters sind sehr schlecht. Ich muss mit diesem defekten Artikel leben und bin sehr enttäuscht.
