The stools are excellent, comfortable, and look good. They are also likeable. Smart looking and everyone liked it

Great purchase!

Really comfy , soft bar stools which are easy to clean and look elegant . The leather colour is warm and goes well with light wood floors. Overall very pleased even 6 months later.

I was happy with this purchase until yesterday, when I spotted that paint had flaked off on the bar between the stool legs on one of the stools. I have tried to raise the issue but cannot email or speak to anyone. I have tried to email but was advised that C.S don't read emails and I would have to go through the chat, but they couldn't help! I don't really want the hassle of trying to return but feel that a goodwill gesture of a small refund would be appropriate.
