50cm H Boucle Upholstered Upholstered Back Armchair in White

The chairs themselves are excellent. They were straightforward to assemble, feel sturdy, look exactly as pictured, and are very comfortable. I was pleased enough with them that I had planned to order another two. Unfortunately, one of the chairs did not appear to be brand new. It had dirty marks on two corners and there were signs that it had previously been assembled, with slight damage around some of the bolt holes where the washers had been tightened. The marks cleaned off easily, so I decided to keep it and assembled both chairs. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality, design and comfort. My only concern is the possibility of receiving another returned or display model if I order more.
