Rubberwood is an eco-friendly hardwood harvested from rubber trees that no longer produce latex. It is highly durable, resistant to shrinking, and relatively inexpensive compared to other hardwoods like oak or walnut. Rubberwood is a sustainable material since it utilizes trees that would otherwise be discarded. Although it might not be as dense as teak or oak, it is easier to work with and takes paint and finishes well, making it a versatile choice for both structural and decorative furniture.
