My set of Gracie Oaks furniture was a huge disappointment, the pictures on Wayfair website were light oak , the reality is browny/orange, similar to the teak furniture we used to have in the 1970s. This is a heavy set of furniture, but thats the only good thing i can say about it. The door panels on the sideboard look like chip board, the grain is like a patchwork quilt going in all different directions , and the varnish has run. The tv unit drawers arnt wide enough for the hole, so can see light comming through the sides, and the nest of tables is even brighter orange then the other 2 pieces. How did wayfair manage to get such lovely pictures of light oak, ready built furniture, and then supply something totally different. Delivery was a nightmare as they sent one man , very late, and i live up 4 flights of stairs. I have tried to message wayfair to ask for a resolution , but all it says is do i want them to send some spare parts out, or would i like to phone them . Im hard of hearing and would actually like to email and send pictures, but they dont offer that facility. What a waste of over £1,000, im totally disappoined and disilutioned with Wayfair..I totally dislike orange furniture.

I was delighted with my sideboard when it arrived. I had to sign for it although it was still fully enclosed in a cardboard box. It seemed fine when I unpacked it in October last year. Today I was on my hands and knees searching for a dropped item. When I looked up I could see the damage on the sidebord which I did not before. It is hidden by the 'overhang' of the top and can really only be seen from underneath. I am so disappointed by this as I really love the sideboard otherwise.
