Extremely heavy item. Had odd notifications from the delivery company giving us a window of between 10.30pm and midnight, so wasn't sure what was happening. Delivery left downstairs in communal flat area (no call just notification via email). Damaged both our backs having to haul the bookcases to our residence. We are returning the items immediately and won't ever buy from Wayfair again. Very poor customer experience.
