Great customer service. It took me a little longer to assemble ( being a women a I suppose) but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It looks like an expensive piece of furniture despots it being so reasonably priced. Great addition to our house.

Just what I need, great furniture.

Worth 5 stars at the sale price, but not at the full price. Nice looking piece of furniture. Assembly instructions easy to understand, if you are used to assembling flat pack furniture. Took about 2 hours to assemble main body, and another 2 to add base trim, back and drawers. Fitting door catches was a little bit fiddly. Had to drill one of the door hinge screw fittings, but only because two of the screws happened to coincide with a knot in the wood (luck of the draw). Packs of different sized screws individually packed in letter packets. Just one packet had one screw short - was not a problem, I replaced with from my own supply and the different screw head doesn't show anyway. Overall good value for money, at the sale price. Looks good and did what my wife and I wanted it for. Good finish. Customer services excellent. Packaging was damaged on delivery, customer services said not a problem - they would replace any damaged parts (the only damage seemed to be a minor scratch on the underside of the base, so that was not a problem). Delivery very quick and courier used was very good. One man delivered, even though packaging says 2 man lift.
