Kincannon Leather Dining Chair (Set of 2)

I had two purchases of this product, one set is brand new and the other set is open box. Brand new: it is fabulous and well made. I love everything about the chair, it is well packaged. Open Box: first time buying an open box product and I’m extremely disappointed to the point that I change heart about the brand. First the packaging was horrible then I saw the chair and my heart just complete droped with disappointment and sadness :(. It’s completely a diffirent product from what I got the first. The strap is 10 vs. 9, the frame is smaller than the original one, the hardware is not the same from the original one. I understand it would come with light wear but not as dramatic as this one I got. The color is almost gray and the leather with stain and heavy scratches, it seem like it’s a prototype vs. a real product. I feel cheated on this open box deal, or even worse is I feel scummed. Im not buying anything open box from this brand anymore.

Chairs are fabulous and well made. We are thrilled with the purchase of the 8 chairs —- my husband made the table! Fast service, toooo!

Love them, they are sturdy so far a little taller than what I expected but they are keepers
