I like the cabinet - I'm not so happy with Wayfair's customer support. I paid for the cabinet in full at the time of ordering and it duly arrived flat packed two weeks later. There were so many pieces it became impossible to lay every piece out to check what was there. From what we could see everything seemed to be there and we began the build. However after 4hours, having got the carcass constructed it became evident that one of the back pieces was missing. There is no phone number to speak with anyone and the only way I could communicate with the company was via Whats App messages .... and to be honest I felt I was being dealt with by a robot! The company messaged to say that it would be a month before this piece of the kit could be sent to me. However if I wanted they would reorder the whole cabinet and I could have that 5 days before the flimsy piece of backing board was due! This of course would have meant dismantling what we had already built sorting out the numerous pieces and screws, securing them, boxing them and sending them off - another mammoth which task I was not prepared to undertake. I did suggest that given the inconvenience we'd been caused, some discount on the product would be appreciated. I was rather taken aback to receive the message 'Unfortunately our policy of the gesture of goodwill has been permanently removed' so they regretted that they would not be able to process partial discount for the inconvenience as this isn't something their company offers. However they were 'deeply sorry' and could 'understand how frustrating this can be'!!!! Suffice to say I shall not be ordering from this company again and I would urge anyone considering placing an order to look at other companies who treat their customers with respect and consideration when things go awry.

As my other 2 reviews this was not an easy assembly despite the instructions saying it would take 2-3hrs, Yeah, right! Again, nice unit once it's 'up & running' but this self assembly lark is not for us & I've assembled quite complex aircraft systems easier than this. Nothing is labelled so take your time, read the instructions &, before you even start, check measure every part to make sure you assemble the correct part to part because it's so easy to get things the wrong way round because the instructions aren't that clear!

Schönes Möbelstück, nur zu zweit aufzubauen
