Missing legs - after complaining to wayfair they have not done anything to help. I have sat on the chat box on 4 occasions to be told something different from each team member. They do not even have a customer service department where you can escalate the case! They are all useless and completely unhelpful. This is the first review I have ever written and its just to help customers to not shop from here! AWFUL! sofa quality is awful too! They have now cancelled the missing legs with no due date.
