I have a few issues with the item and mainly the delivery that the right sit corner has a “hole” (maybe missing spring) that effect the way I sit. “Sinking backwards” and not comfortable to my back. . Item The sofa has a hole on the right back sit and the pillow is sinking in. Delivery the delivery team entered the property very fast, reckless and aggressively, they broke my lock door, damaged my other door handle and did some damage to the entrance of the living room. I’ve noticed that today when I’ve came back to the property from my other one. (Adding pics and videos)
