I am really sad to have to write this review. Wayfair have been brilliant and customer service exemplary. The first problem I found was - one of the arms was so tightly bound inside the back cover of underneath of the main sofa that it could have destroyed the sofa trying to release the arm. It was because they hadn't put the arm inside the huge space of the footstool that I thought it was missing as they had put polystyrene packing inside but no arm... So we had frantic messages to and fro just after delivery - but I apologised when I eventually found the missing arm and tried to cancel request to the manufacturer for replacement. I still keep getting messages from wayfair about my unresolved issue... which was resolved! so that aside, the sofa looks smart, stylish, perfect size to fold out to create a king-size bed... HOWEVER this sofabed is not fit for purpose. The foam used to create padding must be no thicker than 2cm deep. It feels like you are sitting on stretched material with no actual support underneath and only the gorgeous plush velvetine material cover stopping it from collapsing in completely when u sit down. There is so little actual seat padding the seat just crumbles in on itself. There is no seat support and you can feel the hardboard edges from every position... there are no springs or sufficient padding to make me think this sofa will last 6 months at most... the chaise section has a wooden support baton across the middle and you definitely feel that when you sit down. I'm 11st / 90 kg anyone larger than me will make this sofa or bed collapse under the strain. So that's the choice I made... I had just moved into a property and all the boxes got threw away and now I'm stuck with it. I got my old sofa bed 10cm foam and sat it on top so will get it wrapped in a similar colour and feel material ... but then the back of the sofa isn't high enough to sit down and sit back..... it's worth £200 at most definitely not over £500 ... I'm glad I paid for the £60 insurance... because this sofa is not going to last long and definitely not 5 years! As far as being a sofabed is concerned, I may as well throw a matress on top of it for guests.

Veryyyyy bad quality Uncomfortable and is creating holes everywhere when you seating!

Can’t leave zero stars or would have.. This is sub standard quality, not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY! The legs are very flimsy and fall off, the foam is too thin, very very uncomfortable like sitting on a wooden bench. The foam gets misshaped within a few days of use. You can’t reshape it! Waste of money. If this was properly padded out, would be a nice piece of furniture. 2cm of cheap foam is not enough to sit on and no way to sleep on! Useless other than for storage
