love it! we upgraded from a smaller bookshelf to accommodate more books and this one is spacious, open, and versatile. only downside for us was that we needed to buy bookends to support the sides and ended up stacking books on some shelves to make room; ultimately, we didn't mind.

Fantastic shelf. I bought two and it looks sharp. I paid for the assembly, but I could have done it myself. I chose not to secure it to the wall, because the method to secure (basically a ziptie) was not aestecally pleasing.

It looks very nice, it turned out just as we expected.

This is just what we needed for our budget. I saw other's reviews that theirs came damaged, so was worried that might happen to us, but ours showed up just fine. I also thought it was pretty easy to put together. We are using this for a record player and records, and while everything fits pretty well, the records kind of have to balance against the front rails so they don't fall out since the sides are open. Otherwise, it seems sturdy enough for what we have on it. We do plan to secure it to the wall, but you can adjust the legs at the bottom, so I made it so it leans back slightly for now.

I love the way this bookcase looks. It was half the price of a very similar piece from a local furniture store. Assembly was fairly simple. My only reason for giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that one of the holes on one of the shelves was mis-drilled and I wasn't able to properly secure it. I ended up making a make-shift wedge, so fingers crossed the shelve doesn't collapse. Returning the item would have been near impossible.
