Aguero chest of drawers

I failed to see on the description that the woven front is actually a print to make it look woven. I feel like it’s totally over priced for what it actually is. It’s thin boards in the draws and the back it is cheaply made and not worth the money. Not what I was expecting. It looks nicer on photos.

It took a fair bit of work to put it together. The rattan isn't real - it's just a print - I found that misleading in the pics.

Courier (GLS) shipped to us 3 days before stated delivery date, without any prior notification of early dispatch, so we werent in to receive the delivery. The courier marked the shipment as delivered (despite us not receiving the item) then sent the item back to the Wayfair without letting us know. It was only when I contacted Wayfair directly that this came to light. Due to the couriers error, the next available redlivery date almost a month later which was completely unacceptable, having already waited nearly a month for delivery in the first instance. It wasnt even possible to contact the courier directly, as their contact form glitches with a UK address (only gives you the option for a German address). I spoke to Anna D in the Wayfair customer services team via online chat and she was lovely and very quick to try to find a solution. She promptly issued a full refund, which is what has salvaged this review rating from one star to three. Gutted I didnt get the product I wanted. It looked lovely. Shame.
