Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, as shown in the photographs. It would also have been a nice addition to have a pre-cut hole at the back for cable management. However, despite these minor issues, the unit looks great and serves its intended purpose perfectly. The seller was excellent and very helpful in resolving the issue, offering either a replacement for the damaged part or a 20 partial refund, which I accepted. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase and particularly impressed with the seller’s customer service.
