Chrisley Unfinished TV Stand for TVs up to 60"

Do not buy! I just received this TV unit and it is not solid oak as advertised, it is made from MDF with a cheap veneer on top. Mine arrived damaged on three corners with the veneer already chipped off in one place. When I contacted Wayfair customer service, they told me that I could only get a refund if I returned the item myself. We're talking about a 40 kg TV unit here, not something you can simply stick in an envelope. Totally shocking business practices! I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Beautiful piece of furniture however we have had three replacements delivered and the original and every subsequent one has been damaged. Most upset as love the design.

I ordered a very similar piece from cox and cox before Christmas and after far to many emails I was told last week there was a problem with the order so was offered a refund, so I went onto wayfair, where I should have gone first time as I’ve ordered from you before and always had brilliant service snd fast delivery, within 2 days of ordering it was here, absolutely brilliant, thank you
