One of the legs was considerably marked with dents/scratches (not the wood grain!!!) Contacted away for 4 times to return or replace and no resolution as the person on the chat kept logging out Was told I would be emailed with an update and still waiting?

Faux fur seat pad far too yellow and the whole stool is obviously poor quality. Arrived with one leg hanging off, Wayfair refunded but I still didn’t want to keep it as it looked so cheap.
