Xzavier Upholstered Bed

We’re very happy with it. We ordered a green bed and the colour is gorgeous. It’s a dark emerald (but it also looks pleasantly natural, not tacky) and blends in with the colours in our bedroom. I think it’s a great colour choice, even if at first I was a bit hesitant. The colour is slightly darker than in the pictures and doesn’t pop out as much - which is even better. Another plus (some seem to find this a negative) is that the velvet cover is removable. I see it as a huge plus because if it ever gets dirty or stained (think of all the coffee in bed) I can just wash it and put it back. As an advice, be sure to buy a good mattress. We got the cheapest mattress available here to go with this bed, and while it had great reviews, for us it wasn’t so amazing but we will keep it because it was very cheap. The mattress is super soft but not in a nice way but rather like an old mattress with very weak suspension.

I was nervous the velvet wouldn’t be smooth but it fit really well. Was relatively simple to construct and seems good quality.

Love the bed. It lost a star as it’s just a bit low.

Great after a bit, the slats fell out the first few times I sat on the mattress, but they seem to have worked themselves into position now. Gorgeous velvet and easy to put together.
