Perfect for what we need

The desk took a couple of hours to assemble single-handed. All the parts are numbered, and I found the instructions straightforward and easy to follow - you just need a little patience. It's not mentioned anywhere, but all the legs have adjustable feet on, so can accommodate a slightly uneven floor. The end result is a sturdy desk that is working well for my needs. Other reviewers comment on how narrow the top shelf is, where you would place your screen/monitor. I have to agree that screens with large stands would overhang. In my case, my little 24" monitor with its oblong base fits just fine. My only negative comment, and the reason for deducting one star, is that the metal used for all the legs is thin; it was very easy to tighten screws to the point where the metal would bend inwards. At the same time, not making the screws that tight might have led to a more flimsy finished product. Overall I would recommend this desk as representing good value for money at this price-point.
