The assembly is quite straight forward, but step 2 should explain to attach the back to the arms first. The quality is similar to garden furniture, the use of mesh for the seat cover and back concerns me as I do not think it will be durable enough.

Received my chair last night ready for my work on Monday. Super disappointed that there seems to be an issue with the back piece as no predefined holes in the mesh for the screws to go through. Has anyone else had this issue I needed the chair for work on Monday however manufacturer will take 1-2 working days just to respond ( I just need a replacement back piece sending (I think) unless I’ve completely missed something
