Amazing, was a little daunting opening the box to so many parts but I watch the online video and even without that the instructions are so easy to follow, all parts numbered and the supplied tool works perfectly, no other tools required. From unpacking to fully built in under an hour, all working parts work and it is so comfortable the pump up lumbar support is soooo good.
