I received the first chair and within a few weeks I got a sinking feeling. Joking aside, it was sinking. Not much use having a chair sinking down on a regularly. Pretty much whenever I sat on it. I reported the issue, offered to return the faulty chair. Anyway, a replacement was sent out. This 2nd chair lasted a bit longer but also has a problem with the adjustment system. Actually worse, as it wobbles about as well sinking down. The rams are not up the the job. For the record I weigh 65Kg's, so I somehow do not I am the fault here.
