Terrible product. Doesn’t rise to the advertised height (so if you’re tall like me - it’s useless) as it only uses 2 of the 3 cone covers on the gas lift. Tried removing the base to try and fix but it’s totally jammed. Do not waste your time and money on this awful chair.

This is probably the easiest and best looking chair I have purchased. assembling it was very easy with good instructions and everything works as it should. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the product.
