Quality of the product is five stars, although the fabric is a bit scratchy (a bit like burlap). The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the beanbag felt a bit stiff overstuffed. Fortunately I was easily able to take out some beans to soften it up.

Even after a few days of sitting and kneading, the beanbag is extremely stiff and does not conform to the body at all. Very uncomfortable.
