Bed yet to be built but ordering and delivery simple, although delivery much quicker than initially said. Small damage to one box which had dented a panel but can go at the back so no problem. Looks great quality and like the shelf design

I was extremely disappointed to see that despite the website describes bed comes with mattresses in 2 places (and I have evidenced that with pictures), these have not been delivered. I was then promised a refund, which never came. Be aware of misleading descriptions on this website!
