This is impossible to put together

Really poorly made, nearly impossible to put together. However, Wayfair have amazing customer services and when I complained, they issued me with a full refund...no fight, completely reasonable, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

Easy to put together .Ideal bed for my granddaughter
