Solid Wood Storage Bed

Really good! Arrived pretty quickly, though it took a good 10 hours to put up .. could simply be the fault of the people building it though!

Such an amazing bed it’s created so much space in our sons room, unfortunately the a lot of the screw and guide holes on the bed hadn’t been drilled well, so had to manually do it and found out the hard way as it cracked one panel.

brilliant !! exactly what I was looking for, easy to follow instructions, stairs a bit fiddly but easy build, big big recommend !! love being high up, gets dark in the space underneath so get some lights

The bed itself is pretty good, very sturdy though there were quite a few chips in the paint. I'm giving 2 stars for this as building this thing was a nightmare; a lot of the holes for the fixings didn't marry up whilst some holes weren't drilled at all. The instructions were pretty easy to follow and all the parts were labelled well despite there being SO many fixings. That was until we got to the stairs and we had to cobble them together almost completely blind due to the instructions being confusing and holes not being drilled. All in all, it took me and my Dad seven hours to build this thing and it would have taken us way less time if the stairs were maybe partly assembled.

Excellent bed, reasonably easy to build and feels sturdy - my 5 year old loves it. Just to note, the bed has a warning that the mattress thickness should be no more that 10cm deep. I didn’t see this in the listing and meant I had to buy a new mattress - but better to be safe!
