Beck 3 Seater Faux Leather Sofa

The actual sofa's themselves were delivered quicker than anticipated and are of a good quality and build. However, they did arrive damaged (legs bent and safety caps pushed all the way through). This was reported immediately and over the coming weeks and months I personally spoke to 5 different individuals within 'wayfair services' which said I would receive a partial refund. Perfect I thought I'll keep the sofa's, fix the issue myself and get some money back. That did not happen. Over the course of nearly 3 months (ordered 01/11/25) I had sent between 15-20 emails back and fourth. I then spoke to an 'Ahmed A' who sent a repentant email personally taking responsibility for the error and immediately provided a refund. However, the email did not state the transaction ID was the code I needed to redeem the store credit. Instead, I was told the funds would just appear and as such had to speak to another advisor weeks later in the quick chat after having no response who stated the transaction ID was the code I required. In Summary: quick delivery, good quality besides damage and poor service and issue resolution. If there was no damage it would have been 5* but as such its a 2*.

Very sleek and stylish. Smelled strongly of leather, so I opened the door and window.

Cheap & Nasty. Seat cushions are in different shades of black.
