I have ordered 2 chairs back in 2022 and in less than year i can see that both chairs were sinking when sat and also at the same time now i am finding that all the buttons are coming off along with the tiny iron rod which is trying to hold those buttons aren't holding them...Initially it looked really good but if you are planning to use it in a regularly, it wont last long.
