Great product. Very happy withthe quality

I won’t be ordering from Wayfair again. There was one problem after another with this order. It arrived dumped at the front door by DHL and all 3 boxes were damaged. The main/largest part of the desk was damaged on inspection with a crack along the front and exposing under the laminate. I was able to request a replacement part via the website sending evidence of the damage, however a week later I received an email letting me know we wouldn’t receive it until 4 months later. After contacting them again to find out why it was going to be so long they offered a discount to keep the damaged part or I could return the desk. We decided to keep it. However then when we came to building the item the pack of fixings was missing one of the camlocks, which we need to complete the desk. I called to request the part be sent and now I’ve been advised it’s going to be another 2 weeks before we’ll get that part. This part which is probably easily picked up from a hardware store - however I begrudge having to go out and buy these parts that should have been included in the kit in the first place. Unfortunately the customer service have a “computer says no” attitude and rather than chasing up the supplier to expedite the despatch of this 1 small piece that is missing due to their error, they just say there’s nothing they can do. Which is very frustrating when you’re left with a half built desk.

Love the desk, just wish the parts were labelled when it came to putting it together, was very annoying!
