The chair is great if you get a complete set. I bought three chair and I was sent one new one and two incomplete ones. I returned to incomplete set for a replacement and the same chair was sent back to me. I returned for second time and the charged me for returning an incomplete product. I feel disrespected and I am totally disgusted by this actions.
