Costa stands on a solid tulip base of chrome-plated metal and has an attractive curved footrest that is attached to the straight connecting rod. With a lever under the seat, the seat height of the stool can be adjusted via a gas spring between 86 cm and 107 cm. The seat itself is made of walnut wood and stands out with an opening between the backrest and the seat, making the Costa particularly light and giving it a distinctive character. The seat and backrest are covered with a pure black polyester material, which contrasts with the attractive white decorative seams on the edges and sides. In addition, the seat and backrest are padded with rounded upholstery cushions made from polyurethane foam, which provide seating comfort.
